Step 1:  Call either of the Offices Kingston 1 876 927 8871 or Montego Bay 1 876 979 3333   Give the receptionist your name contact numbers. Patients will then be given all the necessary relevant informatiuon. 

Step  2: Record your appointment and call the Office at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to confirm or cancel.

Step 3:  Patients will receive call to confirm appointment and after appointments follow up calls will be made.  Thank you all for your support and  it is our continued reminder to you all is that your health is your greatest asset and you must handle it with care.

Getting rid of excess body fat poses a huge challenge for a lot of people. With all the health warnings about the risks of being overweight, many individuals try all kinds of weight loss diets with little success. The bad news is that obesity rates are raising sharply all over the world. Even the medical profession is struggling to find a solution to this problem. Unfortunately, doctors are now resorting to dangerous and expensive surgical procedures on their obese patients. Gastric bypass surgery, stomach stapling, gastric banding, suctioning and cutting out of belly fat, not to mention wiring up of the mouth are some of the medical procedures now performed in unhealthy attempts at losing fat.  The Latin communities in the United States are running particularly high levels of obesity. In these societies like Jamaica, the associated diseases like diabetes, high blood pressure and heart disease continue to claims many lives and create suffering at an alarming rate. Recently, the Latinos have developed a very effective way to get the human body to burn rather than store fat. This program is called La Bamba.

The modern food industry constantly encourages us to eat more processed or packaged food. A major part of your diet may now come out of a can, bottle, box, bag or package. Ideally you should be able to tell what is in the food you are eating by looking at the ingredients list and by reading the nutrition facts label. However, this is not always the case and what you see on the label may not always be what you get.

Our common foods have excesses of sugars, calories, unhealthy fats and unhealthy chemicals and deficiencies in vitamins, minerals, and fibre.
